kis3 dead during trying to unlock . I try 4 to 5 times to put in ftm mode but after try now phone just single vibrate and no pick any driver .

PLATFORM OS Android OS, v4.4.2 (KitKat)
Chipset Qualcomm MSM7225A Snapdragon S1
CPU Cortex-A5
GPU Adreno 200

Most probably phone is out of battery. Also unlocking for KIS 3 doesn't require any ftm mode and phone cannot die by trying to put it in ftm mode

I dont know then where is problem so please can you guide what is problem . can it done with any thing ?

No idea . I still think its an empty bad issue. So recharge it
