Check with other simcard, maybe the one you are trying it's too old or it's damaged.

you can see from the logs that everything was successful, i have changed differnt card yet it shows insert Usim,emergency only.
I HAVE CHECK ALL SIM CONTACT ARE OK

It's phone problem. It dont recognise/read inserted sim. Try push metal place above the sim connector !
