Ku800 Blue Screen - GSM-Forum

@FG-Team

i've recieved one Ku800 Blinking with Blue Screen. some other techinician try to unlock it with FG using Flash Patch but after that fone was blinking before flash patch fone was working Ook so i recieved the fone and flash with 3 different Firmware from support.

KU800-V10b-OCT-25-2006-ORG-CH+02
KU800-V10b-SEP-09-2006-VODAFONE
KU800-V10e-APR-03-2007-HKG

After that fone works fine Incoming / outgoing calls everything seems to be oOk but fone still blue screen. i'm sure its software not hardware , on the back of the cover written KU800 BLACK SFR 3G so can u help me to find exact flash file to flash this fone or any other solution. after flashing when i try direct unlock fone unlock Ook.

It's because LOGO file got erased . Nothing to worry about. This happens one 2007 versions of KU800. To unlock them you must write 2006 fws and UNLOCK but imei will get changes aswell.

if you can see i flash with 2 2006 firmwares but still problem is same, and if logo file is erased why i can't see menu and other options. can u give me exact firmware which i shdl use to flash???

Means you didnt flashed phone fully. Means you stopped phone flashing at some step. Read carefully warning box messages.

There was no warning box messages i can see while flashing and flashing completed successfully only in emergency mode if i flash in normal mode like fone is still blue screen then i can't flash completely and fone start blink then i flash in emergency mode and flashing go successfully to end without any warning message.

please i have same problem when phone start up it show LG logo on screen and i'm hearing the keypad tone>>>>>> phone work!!!!!

i flashed with many firmware but steal the same

here is the firmware that i flashed with
KU800-V10c-MAR-21-2007-ARB
KU800-V10b-OCT-25-2006-ORANGE

i do flash in emergeny mode and in normal mode
i write nv also, full repair with imei repair and nothing changed

need help please

today I had the same problem with KU800, it was working fine and I flashed it for language change only, now it works ok but with blue screen, kindly supporter advice how to solve this problem, I tried flashing with 2006 firmware but still the same?

can you please find a solution for this problem, I tried all flash files on support area, some of them gives blue display and some gives LG logo only and stuck on it, but phone works fine ( send and recieve calles ). it is 100% software problem, may be latest flash files can help if there is no bug in the software ( with this model KU800 only) because it is working fine with all other models.
one other thing, when flashing this model ( KU800 ) there was no messages on the phone lcd, like ( creating DB file ) or (Dload) , the lcd only stuck on LG logo.
hope to get solution fast.

Probably some hw change on them. Until i dont get n hads such model theres nothing much to do.

OK problem solved after flashing the phone with the version SW-KU800-V10h-MAR-09-2007-VDF-FR_1_SFR_FRANCE (thanks to acyl2000 for uploading the file). kindly add this file to support area because it is the only one who can revive blue screen phones.
But still can not use the old flash files for language change?
