ku990 how to flash

i have adead ku990 that somebody tried flash now wont power on

what cable to i use to revive the phone can i use a kg800 usb cable or a rj45 cable

or does this phone have a specic cable to flash

i need full instuction on how to revive it because the customer told me he cant get in emergency mode coz the phone is totlly dead

any help would be appreciated thanks

Use USB cable.

To enable EMERGENCY DOWNLOAD PRESS: GREEN KEY+"C" KEY+KEY LOCK BUTTON+POWER ON. BE SURE U PRESS THEM IN THIS ORDER AND U KEPP THEM PRESSED.

Just a quick question....

Which module do I need to open for flashing KU990, as I can`t seem to find it?
Whats does the OPN and OFF mean in the flash file names?

I am having the exact same problem. I am scanning ports and it finds that there is a KU990 but get an error when I load the flash file. Is there something I'm doing wrong? I am using latest module, original USB cable and com port is set at 3. Thanks.

Must use QFG module and dongle with PACK 1 inside. as for error i must see it in order to reply. As for flash files name OPN=OPEN Area=represent group of countries from east europe. As for OFF i have no ideea. Thats the way LG names their files.

Problem fixed. Updated to latest QFG module and updated box firmware and worked like a charm, thanks for your reply and help.
