I have a 48 hours waiting for a couple of codes! As you can suspend the service without notice? That kind of respect shown by the customers so we are paying for VIP memberships?

How can we notify in time about something unexpectedly happens. Im not doing the codes myself but i told you ppl service currently down

I did not think the Furious programmer star, he was so difficult to solve as having good communication with your customers.

If you are on vacation it is easier to just say so. We dont care if you go on vacation, just give us a warning and what may happen and what the response times are for support. It is extremely bad customer service to just disappear. As of right now I have transitioned to your competitors which is something you should care about.
