hi does anyone know how to unlock LG K4 2017 with FG?

I cant get the phone to connect with OTsmart with phne off, normal drivers installed, do i need to root or install special drivers? cant see any on support.

Which exect model you have ? m160 or x230 ?

Phone powered off attached to usb cable while teh sw is looking for it. x230 is 100% supported
