Check www.gsm-forum.eu . You can downgrade any version but for some higher versions ull need GTA 2 LCS original UMD with upgrade for v2.00 on it.

how about unbricking? and downdrading/upgrading without the use of GTA 2 LCS original UMD because not all have this this "gta original umd's" i mean.

downgrading with liberty city are from v3.03 and lower version but from3.10 and upper u need the pal or us of lumines
