Beacouse they are, internally, completely same phone(s)

(Even FW is interchangeable)

BTW what country you are from?

KP502 are non-customized housing kp500's, mainly for non-EU (Balcan) market...

Anyway... It shoud work as adviced...

Probably he tried using wrong cables or some old/bug version of LGKE module.
