lg ku990i flashing error UNAVAILABLE OTPBLOCK

want to change language and during flashing i did all well but during
AMDO and do security restore with KU990.bin from SECBKP FOR REPAIR also was all well
but during repair process i got error and came message on bb UNAVAILABLE OTP BLOCK, TRY TRY AND AGAIN TRY BUT IN VAIN ,
finlay i flashed it again with same firwmware

KU990i-DZ-V10c+2-MAR-11-2009-VDF-F.sex
again flasing process was finished with ok but still same error on bb screen UNAVAILABLE OTP BLOCK
I try agian to do steps by using pack amdo but as mobile is in unavailable not possible to do these step
need hints to do it completely

i m doing this as u advise me and same which i searched in faq
but problem is that when i m trying to security restore process during this process come option to reconnect mobile again and mobile should be on and screen should not be lock etc etc
but as this mobile is in unavailabale otp bock mode this process is not possible to complete and come error
let me know how can i pas from thsi process

If you phone is Ku990i do this. (for flashing you use QFG module)

1. Use Maintenance and update ur dongle with pack 1 and 5
2. Download latest QFG
3. Downlaod from support anu Ku990 flash and Ku990i flash
4. Use QFG module and do FULL flash using ku990 firmware
5. Use AMDO and do security restore with KU990.bin from SECBKP FOR REPAIR folder
6. Use AMDO and do REPAIR
7. Use AMDO and do UNLOCK
8. Use QFG and do FULL FLASH using KU990i flash you downloaded

If you do all properly ul lhave a working phone in the end. Please be sure u use 2814 version of AMDO. Thats All.

You don't read that's the main issue.

First have to flash with KU990 and the last step it's using KU990i
