You must install a recovery liko clockwork and then use the functions of wipe.

yeah i seen that.

they seems to be no way to put the phone into recovery unless i use that batch file but i cant as they is lock code on the phone.

i have even flashed the phone twice now and it still has this blood lock on it.

Yeah have the same fault. You cant do anything if you cant access to the Phone cause Pass is active. Flashing does not help too.. You get an Update but User Data is still there

would you want to buy this P970 for research? as it is i can't use it with this stupid lock pattern on? and they is no way to remove it.
