Lg pack 5 cant be updated after payment - GSM-Forum

Hello furious team,
i found out that my furious box pack 5 cant be updated after payment, this almost two weeks now. when i contacted my supplier, he was 100% sure that he had added the credit for the said pack5. In fact he advised that i should post the problem on forum.
Here is the log from furious site

i ve decided not make public my box serial no plz

u can use it to buy pack 5
BUT make sure you are using the latest manit 1.0.0.606
