Lg semc module not working - GSM-Forum

i want to flash lg u8120. So i downloaded lg semc, (lg3g.exe inside the zip file). Now when i extract the 2 files (lg3g and dll file), i get error that smart card not found. When i open other modules, i have no problem. Why is the problem only with lg3g.exe? I have activated pack 1 3 and 8.

Right click => RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR

i am at home right now. Can only test tomorrow. But given that i am using windows xp sp2 and using administrator account, Do i still need to do that?
