Im trying to unlock an LG U890 with amdo but keeps giving error saying SW not supported;

first you do flash with this version [ U890_V10a_wm-JUN-07-2006-H3G-IT ] then do unlock , ,

yes , first you do flash with this firmware [ U890_V10a_wm-JUN-07-2006-H3G-IT ],,,then do unlock permanantly and use any sim without any problem , not temprory unlock ,

flashing with that file u will be able to use 64k sim also other wise only 128k will be suported and then unlock with pack 5 ..will be permanent unless u flashed again the fone..

Flashed phone with special UK FW in support;

U890_V10a_wm_APR_18_2006_H3G_UK.sex

Unlocked with Amdo straight away, THANKS everyone for clearing up confusion with direct unlock procedure

brother flash ok but not working,on 64k sim.i also reflash the phone temp unlock firmwire but problem stell same,and when i apply the converter video ,the phone stuck on 3 logo when i put 64k sim.........if u have another idea plz update me...

Brother i flash the on above version and unlock on pack5 but stell 64k sim is not working...

what about unlock ku380 with this update pack9 or must flash it first and if it is give us firmware ku380 to be able to unlock

Ku380 do not need flash it for unlocking so, can be done using pack5 or can be read the code using pack9
