lg unlock

Hi I hope someone can help me. I recently purchased furious gold box with all packs except 10 and 11. I can't update dongle with pack 9 for lg unlocks in the maintenance I can't check box pack 9.

Also I am trying to unlock a lg gs290 with pack 1, have it connected by usb to the furious dongle and it won't pick up the phone! At a complete loss what to do as I have read up all posts trying to figure it out but can't seem to find anything that will help as it won't even pick up the phone.

Any help would be much appreciated.

using 1.0.0.845 downloaded directly from fg website when registering box.

ok furious gold just got back to me and said that I don't need to select pack 9 but I still can't get it to read the phone on either pack 1 or 9. any ideas?
