Licence not found????? - GSM-Forum

when i oped LGM2 V1.0.0.1781 LGM2.exe it gives error licence not found !
i have updated my box at pack1 but no success and also generated licence but still same... what's problem can some one tell me

open maintenance click on generate license and hit do executed selected operation

Did you copied the licence file in the same folder as the exe that you want to open?

now another error.... "no card-reader found" when i oped LGM2 V1.0.0.1781 LGM2.exe it gives error... while other modules like vodafone, LGM3 etc working fine....

Well maybe because old software used, not the correct firmware in the dongle...

i already updated my packs to (1,3) and downloaded latest version i found at support... anything else to check?
