This is error i get while trying to go to support.what can i do to go to support i need help.

first use login from your box not from site
second use enternet exploler or firefox
third check your security or firewall

i mean by first step is to open maintense and then press go support if problem same try explain better

i click support from maintenance and i use mozilla firefox but get same error,not know why.
