Maintenance - Runtime Error at 216 - GSM-Forum

Hi, I've downloaded the Maintenance_v1.0.0.958 zip file and unzipped in my download folder. It came with 2x driver folders, maintenance exe, and system dll

Once I open the maintenance exe file, I get an error : "Runtime error at 216 at 08F33532"

The code "08F33532" changes every time I get this error.

So, I press OK after seeing the error and the program opens up. I try to "generate license key" and get the error "SYSTEM dll failed to load and run properly and therefore this option cannot be used !"

Can anyone assist me with a fix for this? Thanks!

Its because you are using win8 64bit . Use 32 bit version and will be ok

Thanks for the response. So I have to do a fresh install of Windows to get the 32 bit version to use this application?

will it be adjusted to work on windows 8 64, I use windows 7 64 n it works

hack can you address my query abt if it will ever work on 64 bit windows, some ppl wont have access to 32 bit at all times

Even if would work 70% of the phones dont have drivers for x64 so running just on 64bit machine will be an handicap for you
