i have ZTE freeze at startup logo. Can i repair it?

if i try to unlock it selectind diagnostic port, i have this error:

Software engine version: 1.0.0.4687
Searching phone ...

ERROR. POWER ON/OFF THE PHONE AND RECONNECT !
Error ... !
Time needed - 00.00.00

If phone do not fully power on it's not possible

i not want to unlock it,
i want to repair it.

Any way for flashing it?

Flashing it's not supported check for any jtag tool as it's the unique method at the moment
