Mepserver, how long for the codes to comeback?

We sent 2 imeis to the mepserver about and hour ago, how long does it usually take to get the codes back?

It says on the web site its instant, but we have waiting a hour now?

You must login on ur pro account and go at history to see codes. Very simple. Calculatiuon is allmost instant.

i dont have an account, i filled out the form on the mepserver front page, then paid buy paypal. i get an email saying my codes will be with me soon.

This is wrong way because servers could delete our mail considering it spom. Give me imeis u entered so i can check.
