Mepserver still waiting AGAIN!!! - GSM-Forum

Is there another problem with server? I have only had to use this mepserver twice now, but both times code has not come back in 'real time' as expected.

First time i used this service the customer got fed up waiting and went elsewhere, i finally recieved this code 24673 seconds (nearly 7 hours) later. Still had to pay, had no option to cancel. Perhaps i was unlucky this time?

Now i'm waiting again for this 'real time' unlock code - its been over 30 minutes and yet again my customer is about to go elswhere. If you cannot provide a reliable service in 'real time' as advertised, you should at least offer the option to cancel these jobs instead of giving no option but to pay for late codes which will never be used.

Perhaps the words should be changed from 'real time' to 'real long time'!?

Finally got my 'instant delivery' code back after almost 21 hours! Thats about 20 hours after my customer got their phone unlocked by my competitor

Any chance a cancel button can be introduced on mepserver? At least this way we would not waste money, i would have just cancelled it after waiting an hour.

Sorry to moan, its just a little annoying!
