i have motorola ex 211 for unlock the only tools that claim to do it is motorola smart clip it failed me so i have no other tools that can handle this fone except now i was now hoping furious would add this fone direct unlock to it list of successful solutions

Thats test men uand you should be able get out of it by pressing on screen keys

Hmm on each power on this Wilder go to test screen, and when press somewhere on touch screen - nothing happened. So - it's right to think that a button / and/or touchscreen is damaged and keeps pressed so phone go to test screen only and nothing more. But if i know a key combination for test mode then will be more easy to determine what a button is pressed...

Honestly will be hard since i damaged my test moto used to do the update.You dont have any motorola service center where can ask about this issue ? Or you can get a good working EX130 ? We can read flash and write in phone and fix it

Hmm - seem inside all is fine. No HW faults appear ... no wet, nothing, but ... on each power on - the phone is on test screen ... and screen do not react on touching. It's M-Tel's phone ( domestic SP - 284-01 ) and i can get a same phone to readout it ... if this will help. Anyway - FG Qualcomm-s tool readout codes ect from it
