moviestar 317 after unlock no service

i try to unlock this phone but after unlock it say no service

Maybe this phone is not made to work on the gsm frequency of your country since its an south american phone

same phone working on Pakistan name zong z100

i try every thing

change filter and even change pa , from zong z100 , but in moviestar 317 no service ,
i change filter and pa of movie star phone in zong z100 , and what z100 working ok full signal

now i am 100% sure it firmware problem
please brother do some thing for it i have 50 pic in my hand
and *******r did not wait too much
so please help me fast
