MTK Alcatel OT-808a telcel noservice after unlock

1st of all i like to thank FG team who make unlock for this set.I already try whith many services for code calculation, But it was asking WRONG CODE.Then i repair Security regon whith FG & phone is unlocked perfectely.

Now problem after unlock phone showing NO SERVICE after serch network.I flash it whith FG file download from server BUT noservice is still......... I cant able to copy log for unlocking flashing from software maybe disabled............

But i want that phone in working condition whith SIGNAL here in Pakistan..........

can some one tell me how to repair NO SERVICE problem........

Hi user,
If your handset is OT-808a, means you should use US version flash file but not the file for OT-808x. OT-808x is EU version. Otherwise, you will meet current problem, no signal after full image reflash. Please paste your handset's real provider ID. I will send you and please try it later.

as u can see i already write it is telcel USA.imei start from 0.But i see here in this link...........Mobile networks - GSM and 3G coverage

it is supported 900/1800 freqancy.That,s why i asked here for noservice problem..................

Hi,
Will send the flash file for your provider ID to you before weekend, as I am in trip and far away with my work station.

And please double check the IMEI of your handset!!
The IMEI is invalid at all.
1. should be 15 digits not 16.
2. the last digit is the checksum, now the value 2 is incorrect.
It should be another reason why it is lost signal.
Make sure it is not done IMEI repair by another "famous" tool/box.

Offcourse you must post here. And if you dont care much proider id. Simply use X version if you dont have signal with A version.

I already flash whith 4 diffrent firmware download from support, But problem is same.................. When i try to manual serch it show PLEASE TRY LATER & complete serch whith NO SERVICE.In manual selection it show all provider available here in Pakistan, But not registering it............i dont know why.................phone is BRAND NEW..........it look,s like software mismatch problem.............. kindly upload here same provider file if u have...........????

But suppose it isn't helpful for your problem.
As I understand that now you want to use the "A" band handset(as the IMEI is 0*****) in Pakistan, right?
"A" band handset supports 850/1900MHZ, it is mainly used in America. But in Pakistan, the wireless network should only support 900/1800MHZ(which we called it as "X" version). 900/1800MHZ is mainly used in Asia/Europe/Africa, etc.
Redownload software cannot make it workable. As it is the limit of OT-808 hardware. The "A" or "X" band handset has different PA(power amplifier) ICs to support the different band modes. Such handset is called as dual-band. Some high-grade phone support tri-band or even quad-band. But OT-808 doesn't.
By the way, I see your post in the flash file request thread. We always share the file by rapidshare, it is free also. So don't worry about this.

can u give me any solution for convert it throw hardware to 900/1800 band.As like nokia phone series 5310b to 5310 & more B series band who support 850/1900 band & after converting it throw Flash & Hardware from 5310b to 5310 series...........?

Can u help me to convert ot-808a to ot-808 series.As i already flash it to X ver software................

I am programmer, may not give you exact guide about the hardware issue.
Anyway, you can still try below file with the same provider ID to recover the phone to original software version.
