Stylo 5x unlock

HI I was trying to unlock frp and sim lock for lg stylo 5x when iam doing frp after the phone power on in normal screen the app ask me to connect it and press ok i did it but it gave error but the phone frp unlocked and work normaly so now i am tring to do sim unlock but i think the same error after power on in normal menu gave same error

Using library Brom_DLL_v7.1813.3
Searching phone in emergency mode;
[connect the phone in "Firmware Update" Mode. Hold the Volume Up on the powered off phone and enter the USB cable in order to enter it]

Its a very stupid idea not to complete the frp unlock ! Before getting the error you are told to reconnect in UPGRADE MODE manually. means remove usb and put phone again in upgrade mode by keeping pressed vol down + power. Why do you think we do video tutorials ? to watch them . And unlock we don't support and we never advertised this. Trying to unlock will brick irreversibly the phone

i already did it first i connect it to download mode and did frp reset the its restart it self to upgrade mode again and it ask me to connect the phone to normal mode and i did it like steps but it gave error !

so missing step when doing frp it was my mistake now i repated frp unlock again and dont all the steps but when iam tring to do sim unlock i face the same problem
