my box 1 3 package not work.i have alredy update same module and genrate lience and disable antivirus but same position.package 3 work but 1 alwas error lience not found.pleasee any body help me

Try to update both packs separately and post here the log. Also the log of both packs loading at once.

The same problem happened to me, only pack 6 can be updated.
