recently i buy a box from this website bikhir .ma
seller not answere me any more
and my box show this probleme
Device serial number mismatch or banned ! Please contact your reseller for additional informations !

any solution ?

Must contact reseller and ask to activated. If you bought from us can be blocked because chargeback. Whats your serial number so i can check !?
