For an successful connection do the following:
1. Power on the phone and power it off and leave the battery inside
2. Keep pressed firmly the boot key
3. Insert the usb cable inside the phone while keeping pressed the boot key

You do something wrong. Watch the video we did. Be sure you sue teh latest version, no usb hubs.. Driver we provide and exact steps we show

You obviously do something wrong. Be sure the batt stays inside. Also if teh drivers installed recently reinstall them, be sure to close all the pc sync utilities. Also retry programming pack2 and using latest version.

Double check as well the model. Maybe you have an other
