NEC 338 No calls and restarting - GSM-Forum

I have a Nec 338 which restarts after awhile.

Also no calls can be made. What is the solution ?

make dial lock remove, repair phone, unlock and will be ok

the dial lock is not enabled ...

is this solution tested ?
