Need help with the BB engineering menu - GSM-Forum

I have yet to become successful at using this engineering menu calculator. I am following instructions perfectly but never can get my BB into the engineering menu. I have a shop and have access to many Berry's and none work. Please help. Thanks in advanced.

I ran the info with my FG, as well as the MML algorithm and it's the exact same thing you got.

Are you entering the code once you're in the "Help me!" screen? (ALT + SHIFT + H)

Yes I am, I don't change it for fear of changing the uptime.....it simply doesn't work on any Berry I've tried. I tried JIC dongle with their uptime and it gives a completely different code but it doesn't work as well. I have searched the forum all over and I don't see anyone that has been successful and I am not very optimistic that it will be fixed.

I know what the problem is...try this one: 3D6A1AE7 This one is from RIM's MFI Multiloader. Bet you it works.

The algorithm Furious uses is flawed. It's one someome on the internet made and isn't 100% correct.

Sorry but we decompiled the .cod applet itself. And indeed now i see some wrong code generated for some combination. Will check for cause.
