need help get getting furious dongle working

hello everyone, i recently purchased a furious dongle(lite) from ebay, i received it 3 days ago, now i've never used this device as i'm a newby to furious, i read and understood that i have to download the maintenance software and go to support area, thing is when i do this i get
Oh snap!

Cannot login you at this moment. Your dongle data is: username ********, serial number ********. Please contact your reseller!

i blocked out username and serial cause i don't know if its safe to post them,

i tried contacting the seller who is gsm-forever on ebay and he said to send the ID and user name, which i did but have not received an answer over a day now, can someone from the furious team guide me to how i can get this dongle working cause i'm completely lost, thanks

thank you very much hack3r2k, did as you instructed and i now have the dongle working, successfully flashed an alcatel 4030 spop, not so sure how the unlocking part is done yet lol,

what i'm now asking is what are the instructions in flashing a lg t500, i opened the TI INFINEON MODULE and don't see it listed, what model should i select and what are the steps, thanks.

1. For 4030D unlock use MTKReader
2. for T500 LGM3 module must be used

ok seems i'm going to need to purchase pack 3, as that has LGM3 is list to it, how exactly do i go about doing that?

and is there another way to download alcatel 4033 firmware files apart from the support area, as each time i try it fails, thanks

Just from support yo ucna get and it fails because you use downlaod managers. As for the packs , you can purchase any of them from me or any resellers

ok i downloaded the lgm3 software and extracted it to a folder, but when i try opening it i get this error, no card/reader(s) found, what am i doing wrong?

Right click and run as administrator

ok i tried that and it still doesn't work, i'm beginning to wonder if its because i'm using windows 8 64bit, could that be a problem?

ok found the problem, seems its because of the windows, used a widows xp and its working ok
