Use SPDtool , diag mode and one of the generic models. Probably will work fine with imo q2 plus selected

Because you don't read what the soft says. Phone must be connected powered off to usb when the sw is looking for it ! And obviously you must have the spreadtrum drivers installed

Searching phone;
For an successful connection do the following:
1. Connect the phone powered off with the battery inside to the usb cable
ERROR: SCI USB2Serial port not found ! BE sure the drivers from support were installed;

Did you read my previous reply !? You have the drivers present on the spdtool archive in DRIVERS folder !

yes sir i read i download drivers but when i conect phone it dosnt aske for divers
i have downalod drivers but when conect the phone it dsont aske for them

Is you who must install these drivers. So hard to hard to click one exe to install them !? As far as im concerned if the phone is off and is connected to usb while the sw is searching for it must be detected. Else drivers missing or you have an other model. Other option is to buy code\
