Well the main issue it's that you didn't transfer credits to your box. In your pic you can see the word COUNTERS. Please get the refill string(ASK REFILL) and then find in the webpage for the place to ask refill.

Then you will recieve in your e-mail your refill string. Please put in soft in USE REFILL and you will be able to do this phones directly
