Hi,

I have same model onetouch pop d1 4018D.
Have loaded drivers as admin.

When plugging in phone via USB, the COM port shows for a second then disappears. Can someone suggest what we can do please?

Am using OTSmart v1.0.0.838.

Thanks

Karotu

You must attach the usb to the powered off phone when the software is searching for it and it will be detected

Thanks! This worked for me as explained.

Plugged in phone while OTSmart is searching for device. Once OTSmart saw the device, it unlocked the phone.

Thanks!
