i have bought one year support few months back definately not one year but it shows its expired and it shows on support that the last time i hve bought activation was 2011.

its some error for sure please check it for me plssssssssssssssssssss

Your box expired on 2013-10-17 00:19:06. And 10 Jun 2010 is the box initial activation date. If you claim you paid for support few months ago (but i wouldn't see why since your support expired 4 days ago) we would be more then happy to know the order id and paypal transaction id so that we could correct if its the case

ok thanks for information.............. now iam trying to pay by paypal on your site but its not going through......when i press pay now it shows error

Your box it's already active and it's going to expire on 21 Oct 2014
