,You can only restore from backup with RESTORE option

listen.. when u see reset usercode is successfully done by software, do Not disconnect/remove cable from phone, just stay connected and manually do "Factory Setting"... after reboot it will nt ask u abt usercode (Default code will be 0000).

Try it...
