New FB from Gultek with 8months left... - GSM-Forum

i buyed 3weeks ago a box from GULTEK - full activated -
but today when i connected to PC say:

Packs:
PACK1, PACK10 *, PACK2, PACK3, PACK4, PACK5, PACK6, PACK8, PACK9

Activation Date:
2011-01-01 13:37:02
Expiration Date:
2012-01-01 13:37:02

?????

And what is a problem becouse i not see it.
If you mean about activation date then just think that you active it and register on support or box was activated before come to you ??

i buyed on 15.06.2011. Why expire in 6months? is need to expire on 15.06.2012...no on 01.01.2012

1pack = 1 year
on my fb is 1 pack = 5month

Man I ask you question your box was activated when come to you ? Or you register and active yourself manualy ??
And NO 1 PACK not mean 1 year untile you not buy pack with 1 year support included.

bro you not tell us when you got box is already registered or not?if already registered ,contact your reseller and ask him that replace with new one

www.gultek.eu was scammed me?

It just means they activated the boxes when they received them, and not when they are sold to the customer.

to activate when reseller buy from distribuitor?
i mean is ok to activate when reseller sell box to customer !

Man just contact with your seller and ask him to fix this that all.
