New user problem with furious-gold.com

I purchase my bb dongle on the 14 get confirmation on the 15, after several email, hackr send me a tracking number for a box wasnt mine, later 3,4 days i got another tracking again wrong, then after another days i got my correct tracking and next day my bb dongle was here.

I read FAQ and it says:Q: What is the next step after installing drivers ?
A: download latest maintainance tool
extraxt onnew folder, run the maintenance exe tick format & execute selected operation to double size the dongle volume after finish tick generate licence then click on execute selected operation, after the licence has been generated click on go to support area, you'll be logged in automaticly to support area
go to download area >> setup, download the latest installer and make sure to download the latest beta modules, install furious installer and exract beta modules on furious installer folder make sure to put the generated key inside the installer folder.


I do that operation but didnt work contact hackr and he told me to register on the site, then i did it, on the registration screen comes a first option to select the pack, i enter 3 times on the web page using the maintance tools, and only shshow 3 options pack 1,2,3 so i tought either was informative or was free pack, i read somewhere on the store, so i register, didnt think my bb dongle will be something else rather what i order from the begining right now i have packs 3,6 activate but pack 4 is not activate and when i update it says restricted pack for the pack i pay for,,,,, .(if there was a option for pack 4 i would select that oone but didnt give another option neither any warning of any kind on FAQ or suppport, or couldnt find it check several times).

Send pm to hackr havent get response, and right now i am more than 12 days since my purchase unable to use it.,

Please help me i am a new user and want to be a client for fg but i am havind so much trouble..

I read in another post that there was some personal problems from steve, but there is no oficial post or warning..

Well check if you have bling bling credits in your account if not I already sent to hack3r2k.

About team problems we do not publish them, except when some users made hack's head explode because of the flu It will be solved today but we will need your box ID or box name (can be seen at support area)

I read another post that says that the reseller in this case furious-gold.com is the one that has to activate the pack, steve has mailbox full. i send yesterday and today my info to hackr but havent get activate yet, and to fteam moderator, can you confirm you got my box info?
got so many phones to unlock and clients are mad...

check again and is the same, and in web it doesnt show any bling credits or pack 4

I also have the same problem do i have to add Credit in my Account.I just receive my bb dongle today and was about to register but i only seeing packs1,2,3 but my dongle is pack 4+6. do i have to buy the year renewal for this pack 4+6 to work.
