Remove any otehr usb device , right click exe and run it as admin

Open as admin and should work... If not work means other usb plugged, dongle inside box it's bad connected or in last possibility dongle it's damaged

I also have same problem.
I am using a box. Earlier version working. Via Maintenance_v1.0.0.951 i can access to server, download software, flashfiles. New version (Maintenance_v1.0.0.956) give error
No card-reader(s) found.

Because you must right click the exe and run it as administrator
