no pack(s) programmed my device today show this eerror plz help me what is the problam and how solve this

NOW I M NOT USE THIS ON VODA FONE PLZ HELP

Bro wat do u want bcoz u have pack3 activated n now not going to use that..so simply just re update wat ever pack u want go n update any pack.

i m try many time 7 am to 9 am not succec but 11:30 am update succec and now all ok
