No packs programmed on dongle????? - GSM-Forum

after one month i have opened FG software and i have installed the latest maintenance 1.0.0.928

can go for the support side but there i no any download page
now i cant download any kind of packs.
when i opened the maintenance its saying no packs programmed on dongle
in support no any my box details....
i have paid for the renewal two months back

must use firefox as browser and you dont see any packs programmed because you didnt programmed any. Use maintenance and update your dongle.
