No service after factory Unlock

I had ZTE 851M for unlocking. It has 0 counter left. So I did reset counter and ordered for code. After unlocking, I got faced with no network/service. Looking at the log of the phone, it tells the phone was in use for calling. Also IMEI is accurate, baseband is OK but when I search for service. It fails after a while.
