Why is it I have to use this forum to get support or to show frustration? Why is it I still have an open ticket from june 23, 2009? If no one monitors these tickets, someone should pull this useless feature. I love the product but the support should not be misrepresented. Proper expectations should be given, and then you would have more happy customers. Don't tell me instant activation, and have my order pending. I've read the other threads and plenty others have experienced this "instant activation". Like I said, I love the product, but please help with support in a timely fashion. Yesterday I purchased pack 4 and 5 from furious-gold.com. In the checkout process it took me all the way to Paypal to complete the order, but did not return me to my support page. Guess what, my order is pending. Please take off the instant activation off your website, and put the proper expectations. Right now I'm clueless as to when activation will happen. I've read prior threads and everything says email steve. I have emailed steve and no response yet.
