Not Able to activate support for box - Bought from ascogsm - GSM-Forum

Hi,

i ordered and paid ascogsm for 1 year support of furious gold.

instead of support they transfered me credit.

i made a ticket with them but they have been bouncing me around for over a week.

How cand i get support activated?

Need to use the box.

If the box is Bling5121 then all is solved now. I activated myself manually now

Solved. All you had to do was to login to teh support and press teh Renew button ;-)

my chimera is not activated...

Renewing the support doesn't give any free chimera activation

i have chimera activated. just that i renewed support.... is that not supposed to also renew support for chimera?
