i sent my damege box to a reseller of furious and have no answer yet so i´m losing money and time i paid for pack4 and not use to much bcuse dongle is damage i buy a use box now but i need to know that will happe wiht that pack i paid for if i have to pay againg for this box ..

my smart-clip was damage ans that team help me and fix my box so why this team don´t help me

support tell me they will help but till now i don´t see it here log

for box replacment u have to contact your reseller
if he will replace it for u then contact steve or daniel to move your addon packs to your new box
