One touch 818 unlock problem - GSM-Forum

phone hard locked and not asking code.
provider id 818x-ABGGE1
im trying to rebuild security area and got this errors

Product: OT-818
Load DA file...
Load AUTH file...
Start to connect the handset, keep pressing the power on key!
Start to read security information from handset...
Read security information failed!
Error Code: 920
Please double check the cable and handset connection!
Try it again!

and second, im flashing phone with files from support area,
but after flash phone restarting.

any idea repair and unlock this phone?

Phone repaired via smart clip format ffs option.

Why not add format ffs option in AlcatelMTKPhoneUnlockTool ?

BEcause you can do it by keyboard as far as i remmeber

How can I reset my phone?

Please long press the power on/off key and Volume up key at the same time in power off mode, then you will be asked “All data will be lost, continue?” Please press Volume Up key, then the sequence will be entered with reminder “Formatting flash, please wait.” The phone will auto switch on when reset finishes. Please do not manipulate the phone or remove the battery during this process.
Please back up all useful information before phone reset, otherwise it will be deleted after phone reset.
