Where is the support for oneunlock.com site, I made a payment on Friday and so far not entered my credit in my balance

generaly how long (is there any working hours?) it take to add credits after payment (during working days)?

I was going to use this new service, but I keep reading these threads and it really puts me off.

Can't you make it so the system is automated? Pay for credits, credits are auto added to the account?
