hello
I have problem unlocking orange hiro

Searching phone;
Phone detected (@oem223.inf,%vcom_preloader%;PreLoader USB VCOM (Android))
Preparing to start meta mode;
Searching for debug port; (be sure drivers from support were installed)
Debug Port found on FTEAM USB Serial Port (COM679);
Preparing to connect meta mode;
Meta mode entered;
Baseband Chip: MT6572, E01
Sw version: MOLY.WR8.W1315.MD.WG.MP.V1.F2.P5
Hw Version: JRDSZ72_WE_JB3_HSPA_HW
Reading phone info;
IMEI: xxxxxxxx
Reading simlock info;
ERROR: Simlock data error (0)

Time needed - 00:00:46

anyone can help

Thx for ur help
as I see in video there is auto install driver in the folder
I have to install
but not find same
and I confused as there is many alcatel driver in support
can u advice
plz

man you have on support in PACK6 folder otsmart archive and has the same files !!!

I didn't notice that there is higher version in support than in the installer
downloaded and done
