Is Orange Rio II supported for unlock?

I can see in this post it mentions it is;

But cant find module which supports it?

Use Pack8 Alcatel MTk Module ............. for any alcatel based phone

No, as far as I remember it's PACK5 AMDO software

Install sw from cd. You have it on support aswell and will be detcted after

Ok, sorry to be a pain. My device manager isn't prompting an install. How to install on XP ? And I assume phone on connected via USB?
