orange rios wont connect - GSM-Forum

as the title says,,, i am unable to connect any orange rios, with Pack 5,
what am i missing here,, drivers, ect ???
please any advice will be great....

On connection settings set USB mode and be sure phone code not enabled

You mean, when i plug usb cable into phone, select usb,, as opposed to charging..?
if so yes i tried all that, i must be missing something, as it dont work on 2 pcs..

No, before plug cable select the standard way of connecting

Simply cant be. Remove usb, be sure phone code is disabled. GO connection and be sure mode is to usb. Also can try to instal syc software that is present on the phone virtual cd drive unit created upon connection and should kick phone to modem mode after

My bet goes at a Orange RIO and not RIO 2.

So, if your phone it's Orange Rio you must do two things:

1. READ BEFORE PROCEED
2. Use calculator to get the code.

If you have Rio2 it's simply impossible
