OT-5010D Flash file needed - GSM-Forum

[connect the phone powered off with volume down pressed to the usb cable]
Phone detected (MediaTek USB Port (COM16))
Preparing to start flash mode;
Preparing to open COM16
Connecting;
Downloading DA;
Initializing;
ERROR: S_FT_ENABLE_DRAM_FAIL
ERROR: BOOT_PHONE;

emergency mode didn't help (still asking for connection with usb down)

I tried flash from server, but it didn't helped. Is there any newest version of
5010D-2BALWE1 ?

If yes, can it will be uploaded to support ?
